Refund policy

365-day returns

You can return items bought from ScootWorld within 365 days. The period runs from the day you receive your order.

To use the extended return period, the item must be unused and sent back in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and tags. If the item has been used, or the packaging has been lost or damaged, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies instead (see below).

The extended return period is a voluntary offer from us. It does not limit your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal and your rights under the legal guarantee.

How to return an item

Register your return in our return portal: https://returns.revershero.com/scootworld-international

In the portal you register the return and create a return label. All documents are sent to the email address you enter. You pay for the return shipping.

Once we have received and approved the return, we refund the purchase price to the payment method you used.

14-day right of withdrawal

Regardless of the above, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal on items bought from ScootWorld. The period runs from the day you receive your order. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

Let us know before the period expires. Write to info@scootworld.dk and state clearly that you are withdrawing from your purchase. You can use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to. You can also let us know by registering the return in the return portal.

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept delivery without also telling us clearly.

Send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have told us. You pay the direct cost of returning it.

Refund

If you withdraw from your purchase, we refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs. If you chose a more expensive type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer, we do not refund the extra cost. We refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice.

We use the same means of payment that you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have supplied proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier.

Condition of the item

You may examine the item as you would in a physical shop. If you handle it more than is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you are liable for any diminished value this causes, and we deduct that amount from your refund.
