By trading on this website, you automatically accept the conditions below. We therefore recommend that you read the conditions thoroughly before shopping in our webshop.


We accept payment with VISA/Dankort, Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay and Apple Pay. The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched.

All amounts are in Danish kroner and include VAT. We reserve the right to price errors and out-of-stock items.

With Anyday, you can split your payment. You pay the first installment when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over the following 3 months. Anyday is free for you as long as you pay on time. With Anyday, you get an account that you can use at all webshops that offer payment through Anyday. If you order before 16 on weekdays, we send the item the same day. Orders placed after this will be shipped the following business day. We have day-to-day delivery, which means that we endeavor to deliver all orders from weekday to weekday. We deliver to all countries within the EU and EEA. Your goods are sent with PostNord and can be delivered with or without distribution. You always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

If you buy for more than DKK 599, we will take care of all shipping costs and deliver free of charge. This also applies to the purchase of sale items.

Right of complaint

A two-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Sales Act on all goods purchased on scootworld.dk. The right to complain means that you as a customer can complain about errors in material, software and/or manufacturing. If you experience errors and omissions when you receive a product from us, you must complain before two months have passed since you received the product. We cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

The complaint does not apply when faults, damage or wear and tear occur due to incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal on goods purchased at scootworld.dk. The right of withdrawal is calculated from the day you receive your order. Returns must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after.

The notice must be given by mail at info@scootworld.dk . In the message, you must make it clear that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and attach our standard withdrawal form.

Please print a copy of your order confirmation and write on the order confirmation whether you want the money returned or exchanged for another item and enclose it in the package that you send back to us. You have to bear the return costs yourself, and you have the option of buying a return label here: https://return.shipmondo.com/scootworlddk . Once we have received your return, we will process it immediately.

You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the item without giving a clear notice of this at the same time.

There is no right of withdrawal for gift cards or other electronic products.



You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return yourself.

When you return, you are responsible for the item being properly wrapped. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation in the package. The expedition goes faster if you also fill in and attach our cancellation form, which you will find under the section "right of cancellation".

You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received it back.

On the page above, you can order a return slip and buy return shipping for your return package.

When the payment has been completed, you can collect your return slip and package label on the receipt page. The return slip and your purchased package label will also be sent to your specified e-mail address.

Once we have received your return package, our customer service will process it as quickly as possible. If your return order meets the conditions for return, we will make sure to refund your purchase.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only obliged to bear costs for any depreciation of the goods if the depreciation is due to your incorrect treatment of the goods in connection with an examination of the condition, properties and function of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you were trying it on in a physical store. If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return.

In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must test the product without actually using it.


If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back.

In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra costs resulting from your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date where we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

Appeal options

A complaint about a product purchased on scootworld.dk can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via naevneneshus.dk . If you live in an EU country other than Denmark, you can submit your complaint to the EU Commission's online complaint portal via https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .

Customer and privacy policy

We do not resell personal information and do not share your personal information with others. They are only registered in our customer register. You can have your information deleted at any time.

In order for you to buy an item on scootworld.dk, we need the following information:

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you. Your personal data is registered with ScootWorld ApS and stored for up to five years, after which the data is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

Employees at ScootWorld ApS have access to the information registered about you.
